What to write about

A file that failed to convert — tell us the device, browser and file size. Please do not email us the photo itself; we do not need it, and your photos should stay yours.
A bug or a wrong instruction — a short description and a screenshot of the page (not of your photos) helps us fix it quickly.
Converter requests — if there is a format conversion you wish existed here, ask. The roadmap grows from requests.
Privacy questions — how the tools handle files is described on the converter pages and in our Privacy Policy.
